Our heat levels
Our “Mild” is our least spicy offering. The “kick” is so mild, you can drink this one!. We use Jalapenos, which measure between 2,500 and 8k on the Scoville Heat Scale.
“Medium” is our most popular salsa. There is a kick that heat lovers will appreciate without it being overbearing for others. We increase the number of Jalapenos to reach a more robust heat level.
Our “Hot” has a good kick for those who appreciate more spice! We use Serranos, which measure between 10k and 23k on the Scoville Heat Scale.
Our spiciest option is “Chesthair.” This one is strictly for the brave…We use Habaneros, which measure between 100k and 350k on the Scoville Heat Scale.
